Villa Facheris

€ 10,000 is up for grabs for the best proposal

BRIEF

Villa Facheris located in the Municipality of Inzago (MI) in Piazza Maggiore 36, is owned by the Cooperative Credit Bank of Milan and is one of the main historic buildings of the Milan Metropolitan Area.

Villa Facheris

The complex, consisting of the main body of the Villa and the annexed buildings, dates back to the sixteenth century and is subject to direct binding of the Superintendent, pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004 (Ministerial Decree of April 14, 1936). The whole structure consists of four bodies:
• Ex-Library rooms
• West Wing (recently restored)
• Central Wing (partially occupied by the Bank branch)
• East Wing
With the exception of the premises located on the ground floor of the Central wing and occupied by the bank counter, the remaining spaces are currently not used.

In consideration of the historical and symbolic value of the Villa and the high real estate potential, BCC Milano intends to search for a new use for the complex by soliciting the participation of all the subjects – associations, foundations, professionals, entrepreneurs, natural and legal persons in general – that can identify interventions that are concretely feasible and practicable.
