Manufacturers, developers and creatives can now apply for the materialPREIS 2018. The award recognizes the best building materials and materials for architecture and design. A top-class, independent jury selects the winners in May. In addition, there will again be a public voting, where the experts can determine your favorites. All submissions and, above all, the winners will be presented digitally on attractive stages, in the form of real samples at exhibitions and in high-quality print publications.
materialPREIS 2018 – Announcement started
Material manufacturers, developers and creative people can now apply again for the coveted material PRIZE. 2018 will be awarded for building materials and materials for architecture and design. It will again be exciting to see which new products have been developed and thus convince the top-class jury. The submissions and winners will be presented this year in an exclusive exhibition at the Design Center Baden-Württemberg and external special shows. In addition, the participants receive an attractive stage, because all submitted materials are included in the materialDATENBANK and the material EXHIBITION by raumPROBE.
The materialPREIS awards outstanding materiality
The application phase for the materialPREIS 2018 has started. This year we are looking for special surfaces and collections, innovative processes and the sustainable use of materials, which is becoming increasingly important in the industry. The award recognizes the degree of innovation and the aesthetic and architectural quality of materials and student developments.

AWARDS
The participation fee per material is 350, – € net.
For students and trainees, participation and honors are free.
In case of an award, the booking of the winner package is obligatory for 1,500, – € net.
In case of recognition the booking of the winner package is obligatory for 1.000, – € net.
