BRIEF
The 4th edition of the Cultural Competition VEKA brings us great news: Now it has two categories: Vertical architecture and Horizontal architecture; and becomes international: open to projects: from all Latin American countries
How to participate?
Choose one or more projects executed with VEKA PVC profiles; select professional photos, prepare a technical description and register for the fourth edition of the VEKA Latin America cultural contest until April 31, 2018. The description should present the program of needs and the solution adopted, specifying the technique and materials used . A jury made up of architects and urbanists will choose three winners of each category, considering the efficient use of the windows, harmonization of the openings with the construction, creativity and innovation of the project. The six winners will be presented in the third edition of the VEKA yearbook. And they will participate in a vote. Through here, on this site, the final public will vote on their preferred project. The most voted will occupy the cover of the publication.
SCHEDULE
To participate, professionals must access the page www.veka.com.br/concursocultural and register the project (s) between the days 10/02/2018 and 18/05/2018
AWARDS
The prize is composed of:
First place in each category:
– Participation in the VEKA 2018 Yearbook, presenting the winning project and interviewing the project’s authors on eight pages of the publication.
Second and third places in each category:
– Participation in the VEKA 2018 Yearbook, with presentation of the winning project and profile of the authors in six pages of the publication.
Most voted project:
– Cover of the VEKA 2018 Yearbook. The photograph that will be published on the cover will be defined by the editorial committee of the publication, formed by the marketing director of VEKA Latin America, Rodrigo Fontana; by the journalist Paula Costa, communication advisor of VEKA Latin America; and by the journalist Letícia Wilson, editor of the publication.
The prize is individual and non-transferable, and may not, under any circumstances, be converted into money, nor exchanged for another item and / or service.
