BRIEF

INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please provide as much information as possible including all team members who have made substantial contributions to the project.
– You may attach additional pages.
– All nominated projects must have been substantially complete on or before December 31, 2017.

For each nomination please include:
– This completed form
– Context map
– Site plan, if applicable
– Floor plans- first floor, and one typical floor, if applicable
– Building section, if applicable
– Typical elevation, if applicable
– Up to eight photographs that show key design elements and significant spaces in and outside the project (renderings will not be accepted). All images should be in JPEG format at 300 dpi or better. For renovation projects, please include “before and after” photos.
