ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST

BRIEF
Fondation Louis Vuitton, whose registered head-office address is 8 avenue du Mahatma Gandhi, 75116, PARIS, registered under company registration number 494 685 761 (hereinafter “FLV“), is organising a photography competition entitled #MyFLV (hereinafter the “Competition“)
FLV will select between five (5) and ten (10) photographs (The “Winning Photographs”) depicting the architecture of the FLV building (taken inside or outside) and published by their authors on the INSTAGRAM application during the period of the Competition, according to the terms and conditions defined in these rules.
The Competition will run from May 3rd 2018 at 9 a.m. to 5 June 2018 at 11 p.m. inclusive, French time.
The Winning Photographs will be the subject of a digital and physical campaign, with the addition of the following mentions [#MyFLV – Thanks @[instagram accountname] for visiting ] on each photograph.
The Winning Photographs shall particularly be published on the FLV INSTAGRAM account [@FondationLV] and other FLV social networks (Facebook, Twitter), used for a physical campaign in the Paris underground and on kiosks, and possibly exhibited at FLV for the Heritage Days on 22 and 23 September 2018.
FLV is the sole organiser of the Competition.

AWARDS
Each Winner whose selection shall have been confirmed shall be awarded the following prizes:
Each Winner shall become a Member of the FLV COLLECTOR Programme for a period of 12 months from 1st July 2018.
The Collector Programme includes:
– Personal welcoming of each Winner and the guest of his/her choice, for each of their visits as well as a tailor-made tour of FLV;
– One invitation per quarter to a prestigious event with the people making headlines at FLV
– A free catalogue for each new exhibition
A cocktail party for all the Winners whose selection shall have been confirmed, as well as FLV representatives shall be organised at the Le Frank restaurant.
The prize is strictly personal and nominative and may not be assigned or exchanged.
In case of a force majeure event, FLV reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equivalent type and value.
JURY
The jury shall be comprised of FLV representatives and chaired by the architect Frank Gehry (hereinafter “the Jury“).
