TEMPORARY URBAN PAVILION

1. Introduction

The Temporary Urban Pavilion competition is an opportunity for architects and students to test innovative ideas at an urban scale through flexible, experimental, and public-focused pavilions.

2. Presentation

The objective of the competition is to encourage innovative thinking through temporary architecture that can activate public space, foster interaction, and provoke dialogue. Participants are challenged to design a pavilion that is experimental yet viable, temporary yet impactful.

3. About the Project

The pavilion can serve one or more of the following purposes: a gathering and public interaction space; an exhibition or display pavilion; a cultural, educational, or performance space; a structure for rest, pause, or observation; or an urban laboratory to test materials, forms, or construction techniques.
