Selection of proposal and subsequent contracting of the declared winner of the event for the consolidation of the Urban Development Plan for the Masterplan – for the Lago Paranoá Waterfront

PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

The objective of this Contest is to select a proposal for a Master Plan for the Paranoá Lagoon and to contract the winner of the contest to prepare the consolidated Masterplan after meeting the considerations of the Jury and the Federal District.
The Masterplan should propose the form of occupation and the configuration of the landscape of the waterfront, its connections with the surrounding environment, mobility conditions, urban furniture, visual identity, besides pointing out possibilities of using the water mirror.
The Masterplan must establish the uses and activities and respective buildings necessary to shelter them, for each stretch of the indicated border, which should be consolidated in the long term.
